The first telephone contact with the candidate determines whether he/she is interested and willing to continue and deepen the conversation. Focal Point – The Personal Interview 
Following the first detailed telephone call, an in-depth face-to-face meeting is held giving us the opportunity to obtain as broad an understanding as possible of the candidate, beyond any professional or technical skills. In this phase, we are in extensive contact with the candidate which finally permits us to judge whether he/she could be the perfect fit for the open position and will successfully meet demands. At the end, an intensive dialog between our clients and the selected candidates takes place. This is the heart of our efforts.
