The classic executive search approach is particularly recommended if the search for suitable candidates for a vacancy requires particular discretion and confidentiality, if the search is at a senior management level, if an initial personal meeting with a neutral consultant is to take place or if a personal pre-selection of candidates and presentation of the most suitable candidates for the vacancy is desired.
