Our client is a leader in clinical systems solutions that solve enterprise clinical compliance and workflow efficiency problems, which exceed their clients' expectations and meet their changing clinical and technology needs. They are looking for a highly motivated Sales professional, to join them in an important period of growth and acceleration, to be part of their sales activities in the DACH region.

Regional Sales Manager DACH (m/f/x)

Are you attracted by these responsibilities and tasks?

  • Build and maintain long-term relationship with Key Decision Makers in the industry
  • Generate significant revenue growth in the healthcare space
  • Manage all commercial activities in DACH region with a focus in the German market
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal and post sales account management
  • Designing and implementing a sales strategy that expands customer base in the Region
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Execute the annual sales plan based on the defined go to market plan
  • Day-to-day customers relations management
  • Manage all existing accounts in the region

Your Expertise and Qualification from our perspective

The ideal candidate will need in this role:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in selling products to hospitals in Germany
  • Basic understanding of clinical Workflows
  • Some Experience working with KOLs in hospitals
  • Track record in generating significant revenue growth in the healthcare space
  • Excellent negotiation and customer facing skills.
  • Result-driven with a strong sense of accountability
  • Good technical product orientation and IT understanding
  • Outstanding sales skills and strong account management ability
  • Native German speaker with excellent English
  • Willingness to travel in Germany, Austria and Switzerland 60% of the time
