The heart of our motivation is the desire to bring together talented executives and highly qualified specialists with challenging professional assignments, thus creating the basis for a long-term, valuable and fulfilling relationship between employer and employee. Our objective is to accomplish that the executives and specialists our clients take on board with our support exceed expectations and provide a major contribution to the client’s business success. Also, we wish to offer our candidates the best possible support on their way to their new assignment and to facilitate their successful transfer to their new employer.
We strive to be experienced, sought-after and competent consultants at eye-level for our clients and candidates, with an excellent knowledge of the industry and its functions. For over 14 years we have been concentrating our efforts exclusively on the Healthcare Sector, especially on filling management and specialist positions in this area. We consider one of the most valuable assets for our clients to be our discrete, trustworthy and individual approach of talents with the aim to fill demanding assignments.
Our core competence is a target-oriented, individual, discrete and respectful approach of executives and specialists in the Healthcare Sector – on a national, Europe-wide or global basis. We offer different “service levels” according to our client’s requirements – from Classic Executive Search to Talent Sourcing Solutions. We deal with the entire range of the client’s recruiting tasks, including organization of interviews, timely settlement of candidate travel expenses, moderation during contract negotiations, etc.. Our clients concentrate exclusively on the most important part, intensive dialogues with interesting candidates.
We are very much aware of the importance of our work for the success and satisfaction of both our clients and our candidates. Therefore, the core of our work is to show our partners utmost responsibility and respect. Our aim is to give our clients and candidates the best personal and individual support and advice. We strive to set the “best-of-class” standard for executive search in the Healthcare Sector. This also means that for us quality comes before quantity. We therefore work with a limited number of clients in the Executive Search area. Our maximum limit is approximately 20 Executive Search Projects per year and consultant. In the area of Talent Sourcing Solutions our internal maximum limit is approximately 30 projects per year and Talent Sourcing Consultant. The limitation of projects is necessary to ensure that enough time is available for an intense personal exchange about each mandate we have the pleasure to supervise.
Our day-to-day incentive is the delight in having successfully and lastingly filled a crucial position for our client. We will happily give 120 percent of our energy to reach this mutual goal. And, if necessary, we will go the extra mile without question. Always coupled with great passion and ambition.
